1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Maidella LTD ("Maidella," "we," "us," or "our") website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Maidella provides professional cleaning services across the Greater Toronto Area. Every service is tailored to your unique space and needs. We approach each home with care, discretion, and zero judgment. Our goal is to help you enjoy a cleaner, more comfortable environment.

Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team.

3. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation

Notice Requirements

• 72-Hour Notice Required: If you reschedule, skip, add, or cancel your service, we ask that you give a 72-hour notice.

Cancellation Fees

• Less than 72-Hour Notice: Without a 72-hour notice, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.
• All Cancellations: Must be made through our email at info@maidella.com.

General Booking Terms

• Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case your deposit will be fully refunded and you will be notified promptly.

3a. Payment & Billing

Deposit & Payment Terms

• Booking Deposit: 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
• Deposit Refund: Fully refundable up to 72 hours before scheduled cleaning.
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon service completion.
• Cancelled Services: 72-hour cancellation policy applies (see Section 3 above).
• Card on File Required: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times to do business with Maidella. This card may be used for deposits, final payments, and any applicable cancellation fees.

3b. Price Increases

Pricing Policy

• Advance Notice: Clients are given advance notice of any price increases.
• Company Rights: Maidella reserves the right to raise prices at any time.
• Communication: All price changes will be communicated clearly before implementation.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Service pricing is provided through personalized quotes based on your property's size, condition, and specific requirements.
• The 50% deposit is due at booking; the remaining balance is due upon service completion.
• We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed quotes will be honoured.

5. Our Commitment to You

We hold ourselves to the highest standard. If any aspect of our cleaning service falls short of your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address your concerns at no additional cost. Your satisfaction and comfort in your own home is what drives us.

6. Access & Preparation

• You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time.
• Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to our arrival.
• Maidella is not liable for damage to items not disclosed or properly secured.

7. Liability & Insurance

Maidella carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage during service, please notify us within 24 hours. Claims will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with our insurance coverage. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided.

8. Privacy & Discretion

We understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. Our team operates with complete discretion and professionalism. Any personal information or details about your home are kept strictly confidential. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Maidella LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

10. Website Use

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

11. Changes to Terms
